Papaya Citrus Smoothie
  • Papaya: ½ (cut to pieces) 
  • Orange: 1 
  • Lemon: 1 
  • Sugar: 2 teaspoons 
  • Coarse salt: ¼ teaspoons 
  • Mint: 1 sprig

Peel and separate the segments of orange. Juice the lemon. Blend the papaya, orange segments, lemon juice, sugar and salt with 1 cup of ice. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. Energy: 114 calories.
